Join Donna for a relaxing evening of restorative yoga and sound healing to help you cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. You will be gently guided through supported poses so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound bath surrounded by a candlelight glow.
