A Mind Body Soul Yoga Studio
We are so excited to share we are reopening The Yoga Loft on Monday, June 1st. We will be offering both in-person and online Zoom classes! We are taking all precautionary measures to ensure we are being responsible and following local, state and federal guidelines. Upon reopening, we ask for your kindness and grace a we navigate this new way of gathering. Together we will find our way!
Please read our new COVID-19 procedures under the "Studio" tab prior to booking classes and coming to the studio. The safety of our teachers and the community is important to us. Students to bring personal yoga mat to classes.

4-week In Studio Series
Yin Yoga has many benefits other than just being a good balance to our active life styles. The Yin practice releases fascia and improves joint mobility allowing the flow of nutrients and energy through the body. With the help of props typically found in restorative practice you will sink into a lovely stretch allowing your joints to decompress, open, and exhale a sign of relief.
Gentle & Restorative Yoga
4-week In Studio Series
This class offers a blissful blend of gentle movement and restorative poses. Yogis will warm their bodies with a seated series followed by a non-strenuous standing series. Allowing plenty of time at the end to wind down with props and longer relaxing holds, to restore your body and reset your mind!
Beginner Series In Studio Series
Beginning or coming back to your yoga practice can be a challenge. It is learning and remembering a new language, literally and physically! To support your journey, we have created this Beginner Series!
In this series, you will explore the yoga poses and practiced our traditional yoga classes. You will learn how to safely work your way into poses and the benefits to your body and mind. Each week will explore a new poses. You will discover areas of strength and ability in your body you didn’t even know you had! Throughout the series, you will experience one-on-one tips for your practice.

We are fully committed to YOU on your personal yoga journey of balance, healing, joy and nurturing your own unique practice. Yoga is first, but we’re also a community dedicated to encouraging others to explore and feel empowered. Yoga is for “Every Body.” At The Yoga Loft, we encourage chatting before classes, asking questions and taking pictures after class, and getting to know your neighbors. We’re all in this together!
