Restorative Yoga + Journaling

Enjoy a relaxing morning with Jenn and experience yoga journaling. Journaling like yoga is a very personal experience. Yoga and Journaling are both doorways to a deeper relationship with ourselves. Enjoy the flow of breath and body and let your words follow.
Each session will include a 20-30 minute easy going yoga practice to refresh the body and reset the mind followed, a guided meditation savasana and ending with a journal topic.

The goal is to create a space where you were once stuck. To unveil layers of protection you've built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates.
To make peace with who you are.
