Christmas Eve Hot Power Flow || 8:00-9:15 It is one of the most wonderful times of the year, especially when you find time to flow with our amazing yoga community at The Yoga Loft. Join Amanda for 75-minutes of a hot power flow to holiday tunes. This class will be full of strengthening moves, core work, and modifications when you need them. It is for all levels as there will be options to challenge and modify as your body sees fit. Bring a sweat towel and water bottle. Come join the fun during this wonderful time of year! Everyone welcome! Blissful child's pose is there for you anytime you need it. Grab your water and sweat towel! Class heated to 85 degrees.
