About The Event
This workshop is designed to bring yoga to those who feel that the traditional class setting is not providing the support and encouragement that is needed to feel successful in yoga. You will learn how to modify poses to fit our body parts and yoga props to support us in our practice.Feel empowered in your yoga practice and a a new appreciation for your body and all it can do through movement and breath.
This is an inclusive and non-judgmental workshop that emphasizes yoga for all body sizes. There is no requirement and everyone is welcome!
By the completion of the workshop you will feel confident for wherever your practice takes you.
