This thoughtfully designed practice offers a unique fusion of a deliberate, flowing sequence with a deep emphasis on building strength, unwavering stability, and individual alignment. We will explore each posture with intention, encouraging you to find your optimal alignment and engagement for your body and practice. Prepare to move at a slower pace than a typical vinyasa class, allowing ample time to explore the nuances of each pose, cultivate body awareness, and build a sustainable practice from the inside out. We will delve into the foundational elements of yoga asanas, fostering a deeper understanding of how to support your body and move with greater ease and integrity. The room will be gently heated, creating a soothing and supportive environment that encourages muscle relaxation and promotes a healthy sweat. This class is truly accessible to all levels, offering modifications and variations to suit both beginners seeking a strong foundation and experienced practitioners looking to deepen their understanding, refine their practice, and even challenge their perceived limitations. Come discover the power of mindful movement, intentional strength building, and gentle warmth, leaving you feeling grounded, empowered, and deeply connected to your practice and your true self. Class will be heated to 85 degrees so bring your mat, sweat towel and water. Accessible to all levels.

Cancellation Policy
No Show and Late Cancellation Policy Students can cancel up to 2 hours before the start of class without penalty. We will be diligent in enforcing our 2-hour cancellation policy. With our class size minimum, we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there. Late cancellations and/or no-shows will be charged a class from their Package and Memberships + New Client Special will receive a $10 charge. By registering for class, you agree to these terms. Registration. If you are not sure of your schedule, sign up closer to the start of class. Sign up minimum of 5- minutes prior to class. Class registration will close at this time. All sales final.
