Service Description
Yoga CoreFit begins with a yoga warm up followed by a rotation of core circuits and yoga flows. You will strengthen your core during each 4 minute core circuit and then find a sense of release, energy, and balance during each yoga flow. Class will wrap up with a calming stretch and savasana. Yogis of all levels will be successful during this class. As long as you want to improve your core strength, this class is for you! Class will be heated to 85 degrees so bring your sweat towel and water.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to avoid being charged a late or no-show fee of $10. The charge will automatically be billed to the card on file. With our class size minimum, we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there. Classes with less than the minimum required will cancel 1.5 hours before scheduled start time. An email notification will be sent. By registering for class, you agree to these terms. NOTICE: For our 5:00am classes. Kindly register by 8:00pm the night prior. Enrollment will be reviewed at 8:15pm the night before. If class minimum is not met, class will be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety for all. Registration. If you are not sure of your schedule, sign up closer to the start of class. Sign up minimum of 15- minutes prior to class. Class registration will close at this time. All sales final. Special events and workshops are non-refundable or transferrable unless event is cancelled.
