Feeling stiff?!?! This Wednesday Workshop we will learn mobility drills for the whole body to help keep your joints and connective tissues happy, healthy, and moving with ease! Wednesday Workshops will be the third Wednesday of each month! Investment in experience is $20/person. Class packages and memberships may not be used.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to avoid being charged. With our class size minimum we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there.  NOTICE: For our 5:00am classes. Kindly try to register by 8:00pm the night prior. Enrollment will be reviewed at 8:15pm the night before AND again by 4:15am the day of. If class minimum is not met, class will be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety for all. If you missed the registration window & still want to join, no problem! If class is on the schedule, class is on! Drop in & we will add you. Late cancellation and no show fees. Class package holders will be charged a class pass and memberships will be charged $10 for late cancel and/or no shows. Registering. If you are not sure of your schedule, sign up closer to the start of class. Sign up minimum of 45 minutes prior to class. Class registration will close at this time. All sales final. Special events and workshops are non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
