Strength Power Hour
Service Description
Strength Power Hour is a conscious circuit fitness class blending yoga and strength training to increase endurance, stability, focus, and power. In this hour-long class you move through stations using resistance bands, interval training, cardio bursts, targeted yoga stretching, and train as a group to build stronger, leaner bodies. The focus is on bringing Eastern and Western philosophies together, so body and mind are balanced and refreshed. Always fun and playful, this is not your typical yoga class. Be prepared to get your sweat on and burn some calories! Classes may include use of weights, balls, sliders and bands; studio provided. Accessible to all levels. Studio heated 74-76 degrees.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to avoid being charged a late or no-show fee of $10. The charge will automatically be billed to the card on file. With our class size minimum, we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there. Classes with less than the minimum required will cancel 1.5 hours before scheduled start time. An email notification will be sent. By registering for class, you agree to these terms. NOTICE: For our 5:00am classes. Kindly register by 8:00pm the night prior. Enrollment will be reviewed at 8:15pm the night before. If class minimum is not met, class will be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety for all. Registration. If you are not sure of your schedule, sign up closer to the start of class. Sign up minimum of 15- minutes prior to class. Class registration will close at this time. All sales final.
