Suamico Hot Power Yoga + Meditation

Service Description

Join us in this special 75-minute flow and meditation as we celebrate the grand opening of our Suamico studio! Amanda will guide a 60 minute hot power flow + 15 minutes of guided meditation. Stay after for muffins and mimosas to help us celebrate! Take your practice to the next level. Just like our Heated Power Flow but warmer! This faster paced yoga class is designed to power up your day. The warmth of the studio along with your breath allows for the safe exploration of more complex and challenging asanas. You will sweat, feel connected to your practice, and feel that post yoga glow. This class is ideal for students with an established practice who can approach challenge with mindfulness, strong alignment, and breath. Beginners, however, are welcome and encouraged to move at their own pace with modifications.​ Childs pose is there for everyone! Bring yoga mat, water, towel and let's have some fun! Studio heated to 85+ degrees.

Cancellation Policy

Registration through our website or WIX app is required to secure space and quality instruction. Cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to avoid being charged. With our class size minimum we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there.  Notice: For our 5:00 AM classes. Register by 8:00 pm the night prior. Enrollment will be reviewed at 8:15 pm the night before AND again by 4:15 AM the day of. If class minimum is not met, class will be cancelled. This is for safety for all. If you are looking at the schedule after 8:30 pm and the class is not cancelled, class is on. Join us! Late cancellation and no show fees. Class package holders will be charged a class pass and memberships will be charged $10 for late cancel and/or no shows. Registering. If you are not sure of your schedule, sign up closer to the start of class. Sign up minimum of 45 minutes prior to class. Class registration will close at this time. All sales final. Special events and workshops are non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
