It’s the most wonderful time of the year… for a sweaty Hot Power flow. Join Amanda for an early morning Christmas Eve flow to add to the joy of the season. There’s no doubt that this time of year is full of cheer, no matter what holiday you celebrate. And our favorite way to get in the spirit is with a festive workout (obviously). Let’s crank up the holiday tunes to this 75-minute class and work up a sweat with strength building and core work. The perfect compliment to the cookies we’ll be eating, right? Everyone welcome! Blissful child's pose is there for you anytime you need it. Grab your water and sweat towel!

Cancellation Policy

Cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to avoid being charged. With our class size minimum we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there.  NOTICE: For our 5:00am classes. Kindly try to register by 8:00pm the night prior. Enrollment will be reviewed at 8:15pm the night before AND again by 4:15am the day of. If class minimum is not met, class will be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety for all. If you missed the registration window & still want to join, no problem! If class is on the schedule, class is on! Drop in & we will add you. Late cancellation and no show fees. Class package holders will be charged a class pass and memberships will be charged $10 for late cancel and/or no shows. Registering. If you are not sure of your schedule, sign up closer to the start of class. Sign up minimum of 45 minutes prior to class. Class registration will close at this time. All sales final. Special events and workshops are non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
