Shaamaahs "Sound of Mantra" + Reiki

Looking to reduce stress and restore balance? Join me in welcoming Shaamaahs for this amazing sound meditation experience! We have been working to align schedules for a few years and we have finally been able to make it work! The sound meditation Shaamaahs developed uses esoteric "drone" instruments in a specific tuning that is relative to natural ratios that are seen within the natural world, our physiology, our solar system and ancient cultural paradigms. T We as humans are walking energy, vibrating at multiple frequencies. The tones and vibrations of this sound meditation will help balance all seven major Chakras. The Chakras are an intricate energy system that communicates with our bodies and when flowing allows our bodies natural healing to function at it's highest level. While you are completely relaxed on your mat, Donna will flow through the room sharing reiki energy to any areas that need a gentle assist. This sound meditation performance is unlike any experience we'd had at The Yoga Loft. This combination of sound and energy are the perfect compliment to and way to reset, release and restore between the holildays! Investment in experience is $55/person. Space is limited for this 90-minute event. What to bring and wear: yoga mat, water, and dress comfortably/cozy. You may even wear and bring socks and a blanket.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to avoid being charged. With our class size minimum we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there.  NOTICE: For our 5:00am classes. Kindly try to register by 8:00pm the night prior. Enrollment will be reviewed at 8:15pm the night before AND again by 4:15am the day of. If class minimum is not met, class will be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety for all. If you missed the registration window & still want to join, no problem! If class is on the schedule, class is on! Drop in & we will add you. Late cancellation and no show fees. Class package holders will be charged a class pass and memberships will be charged $10 for late cancel and/or no shows. Registering. If you are not sure of your schedule, sign up closer to the start of class. Sign up minimum of 45 minutes prior to class. Class registration will close at this time. All sales final. Special events and workshops are non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
