Power Bootcamp infuses traditional alignment postures and transitions with higher-intensity fitness moves. Challenge yourself and increase your heart rate with bodyweight and lightweight resistance exercises to tone, sculpt and lift targeted muscle groups. Each class includes a yoga-forward warm up and cool down to set intentions for the day! Classes may include use of weights, balls, sliders and bands; studio provided. Accessible to all levels. Studio heated 76-80 degrees.
Registration through our website or WIX app is required to secure space and quality instruction. Cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to avoid being charged. With our class size minimum we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there. Notice: For our 5:00 AM classes. Register by 8:00 pm the night prior. Enrollment will be reviewed at 8:15 pm the night before AND again by 4:15 AM the day of. If class minimum is not met, class will be cancelled. This is for safety for all. If you are looking at the schedule after 8:30 pm and the class is not cancelled, class is on. Join us! Late cancellation and no show fees. Class package holders will be charged a class pass and memberships will be charged $10 for late cancel and/or no shows. Registering.
