Service Description
Yoga Strength is a total body workout that will strengthen your muscles, boost your metabolism, and enhance your heart health. Tone every major muscle group by combining yoga with hand weights and cardio bursts. Yoga Strength is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice promoting strength and flexibility. Class will include time to flow + mobility drills. Grab your mat, water, and be ready to have some fun! This all-levels class will leave you feeling uplifted and stronger!

Cancellation Policy
Cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to avoid being charged a late or no-show fee of $10. The charge will automatically be billed to the card on file. With our class size minimum, we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there. Classes with less than the minimum required will cancel 1.5 hours before scheduled start time. An email notification will be sent. By registering for class, you agree to these terms. NOTICE: For our 5:00am classes. Kindly register by 8:00pm the night prior. Enrollment will be reviewed at 8:15pm the night before. If class minimum is not met, class will be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety for all. Registration. If you are not sure of your schedule, sign up closer to the start of class. Sign up minimum of 15- minutes prior to class. Class registration will close at this time. All sales final.
