It’s the most wonderful time of the year… for a sweaty Heated Power flow. Join Amanda for an early morning Christmas Eve flow to add to the joy of the season. There’s no doubt that this time of year is full of cheer, no matter what holiday you celebrate. And our favorite way to get in the spirit is with a festive workout (obviously). Let’s crank up the holiday tunes to this 75-minute class and work up a sweat with strength building and core work. The perfect complement to the cookies we’ll be eating, right? Everyone welcome! Blissful child's pose is there for you anytime you need it. Grab your water and sweat towel! Class heated to 85 degrees.
