Suamico Restorative + Yoga Nidra

Service Description

In this deeply relaxing class you will be guided through a series of Restorative Yoga poses that are designed to help unwind, relax and restore the body and mind. Studio yoga props will be added to each pose, allowing your body to feel fully supported and held in each pose. This level of support helps promote deep relaxation in the body and mind, soothing the parasympathetic nervous system. This class will leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and restored. Class includes a 15-minute session of Yoga Nidra. Nidra means “conscious sleep,” and is described as the mental state between wakefulness and sleep. Students lay on their backs and are guided through a guided meditation. It is very common for some students to drift off to sleep for a few deeply restorative minutes in this class. This class will leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and restored. Bring yoga mat, water, and any props you enjoy using in this style of yoga. Studio props are available. Studio temp 74-76 degrees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to avoid being charged. With our class size minimum we hold class with the anticipation everyone who is signed up will be there.  NOTICE: For our 5:00am classes. Kindly try to register by 8:00pm the night prior. Enrollment will be reviewed at 8:15pm the night before AND again by 4:15am the day of. If class minimum is not met, class will be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety for all. If you missed the registration window & still want to join, no problem! If class is on the schedule, class is on! Drop in & we will add you. Late cancellation and no show fees. Class package holders will be charged a class pass and memberships will be charged $10 for late cancel and/or no shows. Registering. If you are not sure of your schedule, sign up closer to the start of class. Sign up minimum of 45 minutes prior to class. Class registration will close at this time. All sales final. Special events and workshops are non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
